My husband bought a large bag of frozen shrimp the last time he bought groceries. I had been debating what to make with them for awhile before finally deciding to create my own concoction. I absolutely love making casseroles for supper. They are quick and easy to throw together. You can use whatever you have on hand and always turn out delicious!
